FriendlyTransfer (the “Company”), is committed to making sure that your Internet privacy is protected. Our policy regarding user Internet privacy follows.
Collection of Personal Information
All of the personal information that is collected during the registration process is kept in a secured area and is password protected. You may review, correct and update your personal information by accessing the ‘Edit your profile’ section of the Company Website (this “Website”). Your information will be kept on file for an indefinite period of time unless you notify the Company that you would like your information deleted. To delete your information, you must send an email to the Company at info@friendlytransfer.com, requesting all personal information be removed. We will delete your personal information from our production databases and deactivate your account within several business days of receipt of your request; however, it will take approximately 6 weeks to ensure that all personal information is deleted from archival media used to ensure the integrity of our databases. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Email Messages
The Company may send you periodic messages regarding your use of this Website, or system or product announcements applicable to your use of this Website. You will receive messages in this regard as long as you are registered on the website.
