FriendlyTransfer (the “Company”), is committed to making sure that your Internet privacy is protected. Our policy regarding user Internet privacy follows.
Collection of Personal Information
All of the personal information that is collected during the registration process is kept in a secured area and is password protected. You may review, correct and update your personal information by accessing the ‘Edit your profile’ section of the Company Website (this “Website”). Your information will be kept on file for an indefinite period of time unless you notify the Company that you would like your information deleted. To delete your information, you must send an email to the Company at email@example.com, requesting all personal information be removed. We will delete your personal information from our production databases and deactivate your account within several business days of receipt of your request; however, it will take approximately 6 weeks to ensure that all personal information is deleted from archival media used to ensure the integrity of our databases. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
The Company may send you periodic messages regarding your use of this Website, or system or product announcements applicable to your use of this Website. You will receive messages in this regard as long as you are registered on the website.
Limitation on Use of Collected Information
The Company will not sell or exchange your personal information and registered email addresses to any other party or organization without your explicit prior permission.
Collected information is shared within the FriendlyTransfer community of users of the Website, but will not be shared with other parties, unless the Company specifically identifies otherwise at the time the information is collected.
Update/Delete/Deactivate Email Services
You may request changes to email services delivered by the Company, including requests to receive no email services. You may send a request to have your email service eliminated by contacting the Company at firstname.lastname@example.org. However, once your email address is deleted, you will lose access to any information delivered by email.
The Company records certain nonpersonal information in our web logs, such as: Internet Protocol address, browser type (e.g., whether you use Google Chrome or Internet Explorer), the page requested and the time of each page request. We collect this nonpersonal information to: track times to manage resources, analyze trends to provide better service, and for other Website administration. This demographic information is not connected to any personally identifiable information, such as a name or address, and will be used only to provide better, more targeted services to our Website users. This information, if shared, will be shared only in aggregate form, with only select third parties, unless the Company specifically identifies otherwise at the time the information is collected. The Company will never release any Website user's personally identifiable information to third parties unless subpoenaed or ordered by court of law, or to protect the security and safety of our visitors and our Website.

We recognize that the value of open, discussionbased user communities is in the free exchange of information and communication on a given subject, and that preventing unsolicited emails is vital to the health and value of these communities. The Company is committed to preventing abuse of the Website user communities to the full extent of our abilities within reason. If you believe you are the victim of unsolicited email advertising based on a Company list, or one claiming to be sent from the Company, please forward it to email@example.com. We will make every reasonable effort to stop unsolicited advertising to our users.
